We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and supported destinations within the European Union. Destination availability is confirmed at checkout — if we don't yet deliver to your address, checkout will let you know.

Delivery methods, prices and timing

Available delivery services, their prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout once you enter your address, so you can see exactly what's available before you pay. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

Where the delivery service you've chosen includes tracking, tracking details will be provided.

Check your delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address before ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible after ordering so we can try to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate shown at checkout, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

European Union deliveries

For deliveries to the EU, any applicable taxes or import charges not collected at checkout may be governed by the destination country's own rules. Shopify's checkout is the source of truth for what is and isn't collected at the time of purchase.
